Maine happenings

Its been a while since we have posted anything but below you will find a bit of what we've been doing.  We have enjoyed a large amount of free time but much of it is spent in limbo as we can't entirely take advantage of it, nor do we study entirely to the degree that perhaps we should but never the less, we are making the best of it until Nov. 18th
That being said we haven't entirely been locked in the house.  In fact we attended our first Umaine hockey game!  We don't think they have a sporting legacy like that of UNC basketball but apparently they are routinely a top tier team.  This year though is a rebuilding year.  But, we have no previously allegiances so we have adopted them as our team
Apparently, while WNC is anticipating snow due to this storm, we here in the northwoods have been experiencing an Indian Summer and so we've tried to take advantage of that with trips to our favorite spot....Acadia

And the scenery ain't bad either!!!

This past week, we spent a night in Portland; Great town.  Amazing food, unique old port, and good times visiting a friend on Higgins Beach...pics to come.
